Basically iPhone X can play whatever already inside the phone due to its powerful video and audio capacity. However, what about the Blu-ray and DVD playback? Can iPhone X handle this as well?

This is a good question: without the direct support of Blu-ray and DVD playback, how to make iPhone X play them? We need some extra help here:

Blu-ray Ripper is able to convert Blu-ray content to those iPhone X supported video formats with zero quality loss while DVD Ripper is able to make DVD content playable on iPhone X, let’s have a closer look below of how to achieve the DVD to iPhone X conversion.

Convert Blu-ray/DVD to iPhone X Supported Video Formats

As Blu-ray/DVD is not iPhone X supported formats, we need to make a conversion first. Choose Blu-ray or DVD Ripper here according to what source file do you have. Here we take Blu-ray Ripper for example.

Import the original Blu-ray file via different options like import from CD-ROM, from folder or from ISO file. Here we added it from an ISO file saved on the local computer.

Set iPhone X as output format. Currently the team is still working to add the iPhone X option in the Profile, before it’s done, you can choose other iPhone models instead(from iPhone 4 to iPhone 7), there won’t be a big difference between them.

Set the saving path for iPhone X format MP4/H.264 and start the conversion officially.

Put Those Converted Blu-ray/DVD back to iPhone X

Transfer those converted Blu-ray/DVD now in MP4/H.264 to your iPhone X from computer via iTunes.

Or if you are not a fan of iTunes, you can upload the videos to third-party streaming service providers like Dropbox, log in with your same account in iPhone X to have it synchronized.

Play Blu-ray/DVD Seamlessly in iPhone X

Now it’s time to enjoy the excellent video playback on iPhone X, with bigger screen, clearer sound and super retina display quality.
