Screen: According to the tipster, the new Nexus device would have a massive 5.2-inch OLED display that spews out visuals at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Processor: Rumors also point out that Nexus 5 is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor at 2.3 GHz clock speed parried with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM.

Memory: Storage options are provided in the form of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of internal memory.

Camera: Rumored list shows that the new device will sport a 16MP camera at back by OmniVision and a 2.1 megapixel front facing camera. The back camera features 4K video recording at 30 frames per second and 1080p video recording at 60 frames per second along with Real Time HDR, optical image stabilization and BSI 2.0. The front camera is capable to record 1080p video at 30 frames per second.

I was quite impressed with the new gadget. It seems like that the Galaxy S4 will take the mobile arena by storm. Having said that, there still exists tight race around the Galaxy S4 just coming from HTC's gigantic mobile HTC One. Which phone is your cup of tea? To avoid you lost in a rough pick-up, here I take Galaxy S4 stacks up next to HTC's flagship phone. Just have a look at the battle between two 1080p smartphone giants: Samsung Galaxy S4 vs. HTC One. With the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 almost six months old now, rumors and speculations about its successor, Galaxy Note 3, have already started gaining momentum.
