Which one is the rip-off? DC and Marvel Superheroes who are VERY similar to each other

Marvel and DC each has their own plot style and unique charming characters. But if you are familiar with the comic or films of both studios, you must have noticed that there are quite much characters that are astonishingly similar. From costume, background story to super abilities, you can always find plenty of examples of "duplicates" from both sides.  Is this just a coincident? Or some of them are actually rip-offs?

Well, fact is, some of them are rip-offs. And here we listed some of them, see how much they are alike.

Superheroes who are very similar

Deathstroke VS. Deadpool

Deathstroke is one of my personal favorite super villain. But the popularity of this one seems not outweights Deadpool, which is a RIP-OFF of Deathstroke. That's right, Deathstroke was created by DC 11 years earlier than its "twin" from Marvel, Deadpool. Although both have gone from villains to anti-heroes, the evolution of Slade (Deathstroke) and Wade(Deadpool) is completely different. Deathstroke and Deadpool don't just have dissimilar backstories; their personalities are also absolutely nothing alike. Marvel may have, admittedly, drawn a little too much inspiration from the DC character, but they most definitely made him their own. It's kind of the greatest rip off in comic book history.

Green Arrow VS. Hawkeye

Their love lives share a strange similarity. Both Clint and Ollie have been involved with ladies whose superhero sobriquet begins with the word Black (Widow and Canary, respectively). The two men both needed to teach themselves archery for survival from a fairly young age. Regardless of where they started out their hero’s journey, or villain's in Clint’s case, both wound up key members of the premier superhero squad in their universes. Clint has been an Avenger through countless iterations of the team and the same can be said of Ollie and the Justice League. But, Green Arrow was created 1941, which is 23 years earlier than 1964, when Hawkeye was created.

Atomic Skull VS. Ghost Rider

Created by Roger Stern and Bob McLoeb in 1991, the Joseph Martin version of the Atomic Skull is visually striking and goofy all at once, borrowing Johnny Blaze's flame-ridden motif with a villainous edge to compliment it. They're very different personality-wise, but there's a reason why that design looks just a little iffy, having arrived some twenty years after the original Rider debuted in 1972's Marvel Spotlight #5. The Skull has made a few appearances in animation over the years, and has even featured in the comics as recently as 2016 in Phil Jimenez and Matt Santorelli's Superwoman series for DC Rebirth.

Marvel and DC episodes are entertaining. Sometimes I just wanna watch an episode or two when I'm travelling on a plane or train. • Step 1: Import Blu-ray to HandBrake by clicking the “Source” drop-down button. You could import Blu-ray folder or disc. HandBrake would start Blu-ray title scanning immediately. This would take a few minutes.

• Step 2: Set output directory and name output results in “Destination” browsing box. Make sure the target hard drive get enough storage to save the results.

• Step 3: Finish “Output Settings”, including “Container” and parameters of output files. Select “MP4” under “Container” box. Set other parameters of output files if needed like Video, Audio, Subtitles, Chapters, etc.

• Step 4: Start converting Blu-ray to MP4 with HandBrake by clicking the “Start” button next to the “Source” drop-down button. The ripping process would be viewable at the bottom of the program interface.

Handbrake is a classic video converter program. Although it can get things done, the interface and operating style is indeed a little outdated, and some weird bugs are being reported recently. Despite all that, You can give it a shot. I mean, why not, thousands of people have tried it anyway.

2 ways to rip a Blu-ray to digital that everyone should know

When you purchase a Blu-ray disc, you should be allowed to do whatever to it right? Including ripping it to digital. Actually, as long as you are doing it only for personal use, Ripping a Blu-ray is not a big deal, and you don't have to worried to get caught by a cop. Plus, ripping a DVD benefits you a lot. You can upload your movie to cloud, you can store it on your phone or tablet, you can edit and use it as material of your own artwork etc. So to day I'm gonna share 2 ways to convert Blu-ray to mp4 that you should definitely know.

1. Ripping a Blu-ray with Handbrake

Does DC still have a chance to fight its way back?

The Avengers: Infinity War was on fire before it's even released. The movie is so popular that almost everyone has been talking about it for month. According to the news we've got,  Walt Disney and Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War earned another $10.37 million (-40%) on its sixth weekend. That brings the film’s domestic cume to $642.8m after 36 days of release. At this rate, it should be just over/under the $652m cume of Jurassic World by the end of next weekend. After that, it’s just the $659m cume (sans inflation, but counting reissues) of Titanic until Infinity War becomes the fourth-biggest domestic grosser of all time. It won’t pass Black Panther ($699m), Avatar ($760m) and Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($937m).

The film is still kicking butt overseas as well, with a robust $24 million overseas gross for what is a new $1.964.9 billion global total. That includes an obscene $356.2m in China alone and gives the film a $1.322b overseas cume. As of this writing, the MCU epic is the third-biggest overseas grosser (behind only Titanic and Avatar), the sixth-biggest domestic grosser and the fourth-biggest global earner (behind Force Awakens, Titanic and Avatar).

While every one is talking about MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), some may ask, where is DC on big screen?

This is a topic that some DC fans might not wanna bring up. Ever since the 2013 movie Man of Steel, which is considered the beginning of the new  DC Extended Universe , DC seemed not been doing good on the big screen. If Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is still liked by some fans, Then Suicide Squad is a total failure. The following Wonder Woman does won some compliments but they were soon consumed by Justice League. It seems that Warner Brothers can't find a proper style for DC movies, and they just keep trying till they find one.

Speaking of Justice League, most fans, like me, was looking for a special cut in Blu-ray that would include some cut scenes that appeared in the trailer but not in the movie (There were a lot of them). But it turned out, there wasn't such a thing. The Blu-ray version was just a Blu-ray version, with some "special scenes" but not much surprise. So I didn't buy it. Instead, I borrowed one of my friends', and ripped it with  Leawo Blu-ray Ripper and saved the digital version on my computer.
