- Camera
Some guys told me that it is almost worthless to talk about the camera on a tablet PC. You know, that may sound like an exaggeration to use the large slates for images taking. Just due to that fact, many mobile giants tend to quit boasting the camera on their tablets. However, Sony is an exception. It is generally known that Sony has included a full-fledged 8.1MP rear camera on its Xperia Tablet Z. There is no info available about the front camera of the device.
Both iPad 4 and Nexus 10 sport only 5MP rear cameras.

To sum up, actually it is a little bit stupid to judge a tablet whether good or not just based on their hardware features. Overall performance is the most important indicator. So, who is the king? Time will tell you! No matter you are Android fan or iOS fan, choose the one you love! Just in person, I tend to Google Nexus 10!
